Bloom County: The nature of reality

Description

Milo and Binkley are sitting in the meadow. (If the viewer is facing north, then Milo is facing northeast and Binkley is facing northwest). Binkley begins to muse, "I've been doing a rather large amount of dreaming lately, Milo...
A giant hand appears and >NAB!<s Milo. Binkley, unaware, continues, "Closets full of anxieties... vengeful librarians... giant spotted snorklewackers...
Milo is WHOOSH!ed away. Binkley, still oblivious, goes on, "..All of which convinces me that the distinction between reality and our dreamworld is dangerously thin."
Binkley then asks, "Whaddya think?" To which, the snorklewacker (he who has nabbed Milo and is now sitting right next to Binkley) replies, "I don't buy it."

I have yet to find an official Bloom County/Outland site on the Internet.

Comments

Now wait a minute!!! Taking the snorklewacker as imaginary, does that mean that vengeful librarians are real?!?

I suspect that our Mr. Breathed was on the receiving end of one too many overdue notices....
