Bloom County: Cruel and unusual punishment

Description

Opus has been accused of perpetrating penguin lust, and is talking with Milo. "Milo! Has everyone gone nuts?! I'm being persecuted from all sides!

"It's not safe! Today I was assaulted by a gang of wife-swapping insider traders! ... Said I was leading an immoral life-style! What can be next?!!"

Before Milo has a chance to answer, a brick with a note wrapped around it comes through the window with a CRASH! and a KLUNK!

Milo, reading the note, tells Opus, "It's from the library. They've revoked your card."

"Oh, no."
