Robotman: Monty and the librarian, part 5

Description

Monty scans the shelves, musing aloud, "O Romeo and Juliet... Romeo and Juliet!... Wherefore art thou Romeo and Juliet?..."

Emily, the librarian, overhears this and asks, "Need some help?"

"I'm searching for a tale of timeless, enduring love. Perchance we could find it together!"

"It's right in front of you."

"It... It is?!"

"Yeah, see? "Romeo and Juliet." That is what you wanted, right?" Emily hands the book to Monty.

Monty seems to be watching Emily move away as Robotman chimes in with "To be a loser or to be a bigger loser, that is the question."

This is why the reference interview is so important! Patrons think they are asking for what they want and need, when they aren't!
