Milonga under the Santa Fe New Mexico stars! Argentine Tango and Milonga at its best.

 Join Michael Walker and Luren Bellucci for an enchanted night of Tango under the brilliant Santa Fe night sky. These special outdoor milongas will feature fantastic Argentine Tango dance, food and fun!
They have already attracted Tangueros from across the US. Join us if you are in the area!!

Food and soft drinks will be provided. BYO any alcohol you desire.  The parties are potluck. If possible bring an appetizer or drinks but most important be there. Don't worry if you cannot bring something.
We hope to meet new friends and Tangueros from every where.

June 1, Saturday evening 2002. Our first Milonga Under the Stars of the season. 

This is a special Milonga after the afternoon classes of Leandro and Andrea. Be sure to come to their classes starting Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Please remember these are outdoor dances and may be cancelled if there is too much rain!!
Evenings can be cool, bring a light wrap so you can stay all night.

Directions:

If you are in downtown Santa Fe you can come out either Old Santa Fe Trail (OSFT) or out Old Pecos Trail to Old Las Vegas Highway (OLVH):

Tango USA studio: Go south on Camino del Monte Sol (away from Canyon Rd) to the intersection with Old Santa Fe Trail. Turn L onto OSFT and follow the instructions below. About 5 miles from the studio.

Old Santa Fe Trail: go past the museums and Camino Del Monte Sol. As you drive along the mountain you will pass the Quail Run golf course and development on your right. You will then go about 2 miles when you will see a small paved road on your right, El Gancho Way, and through the trees you will see the El Gancho (no joke!) Tennis Club. Stay straight on OSFT for another 1.3 miles. Our house is on the left with a large sign. Address is 7441 OSFT. Phone 505-983-6195.

Old Pecos Trail: go down OPT to the intersection with Rodeo Road and Old Las Vegas Highway. Turn left onto OLVH and go about 1 mile to the El Gancho Tennis Club. Turn left on the small paved road (El Gancho Way, you know this has to be good!) and go 200 yards till it intersects OSFT. Turn right onto OSFT.

Albuquerque: Take the third exit, #284 Old Pecos Trail. Turn left after exiting and cross over the highway. You will immediately be at the intersection of Rodeo Road and Old Las Vegas Highway. Turn right onto OLVH and go 1 mile to the El Gancho Tennis Club. Turn left on the small paved road (El Gancho Way, you know this has to be good) and go 200 yards till it intersects OSFT.
