Francis asks the woman seated behind the reference desk (clearly labelled as such), "Can you tell me where the reference desk is?"

This triggers the librarian's question to her coworker. "Eileen, has the deadline passed for our "Dope Of The Day" award?

I think we've all had days like that. And I think, if we're honest, we'll admit that we've been on the other side a time or two. (Okay, so for me it was zucchini at the greengrocers, but the principle is the same....)
