2012 ATSC Shell Festival

Dealers

Dealers and sales tables are by invitation only.  Special requests for tables may be made to the Shell  Festival  Chairman depending on the space available.  The cost of a dealer’s space is $100 for an 8 foot table, floor or wall space. Any space where sales are made from.  Any space behind your table is free for you to set up a table for cash drawer, wrapping and bagging, etc.

A 50% deposit is required by December 31, 2011 .   The balance is due on January 13, 2012.  Set up for Dealers and Sales tables is on January 12  from 6-9 p.m. and January 13 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Also, Dealers may enter the show on days it is open to the public at 8 a.m. to prepare for the day.  Dealers also are welcome to enjoy the lunch/snack room at no expense and to participate in all the special events of the weekend.  We encourage all our dealers to enter in non-competitive exhibits in any category. We suggest closed cases for your rarest and best!  We can always use donations for door prizes and Silent Auction items.

Sand Flea Market

A Sand Flea Market   is available to all exhibitors and club members.  A place to sell your “Fleas”.  A market place to sell anything shell related (no specimen shells please).  This includes items used to collect shells (buckets, snorkeling and dive gear, goody bags, etc), storage items such as plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc., items used to identify shells (books and periodicals), items used to exhibit shells (show cases, boxes, etc.), decorative items, puzzles, wearing apparel (shirts, jewelry, etc.), craft related (beads, paint, glitter, etc.).

7529 Ensemble Lane ,  Melbourne , FL 32940 (321) 622-4372 e-mail: dunderwood1@cfl.rr.com   20% of the proceeds from the items will go toward the ATSC Scholarship Fund.  Must work at least four hours during the weekend at the sand flea booth.  All items must be priced and marked by you.  We will have color-coded stickers to put on each piece so we can keep a record.  Items may be brought in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
