codes used. There are a few special cases; "VG map" refers to the worm
hole route map in the front page of The Vor Game, "BoI-L" refers
to the story

and "List" refers to items created by the Lois McMaster Bujold mailing

NOTE: While the first book in the table
is still being written by the author at this time, rough drafts of her
first six chapters have been published on the Baen
website. Since there is a small chance that something written in future
chapters might clarify or change the map, I decided to include it in the
table. (Also, I had an odd number of books so it evened out the columns.;-)
