Only in very rural places does ground burial happen anymore. In 火葬, some bones remain after burning and are transferred to the つぼ (urn) by the family using two pairs of chopsticks. This is why using two pairs of おはし to move food is horribly faux pas.
うそ! is used a lot (especially by younger people) to mean "Really?" Older people may frown on this expression.
そうか is the informal expression; more polite is そうですか.
しそ is the green leaf that accompanies すし. It is also called おおば.
Remember to keep the 書き順 and 方向 ほうこう houkou!
書き順と方向をしっかりと守ってください。
