pronounced /to/. It is the ５番目（ごばんめ）のかな in the た行,
the ４行目 （よんぎょうめ）
in the hiragana.

と with 濁点 makes ど do.
時計 can mean either a watch or clock. 腕時計（うでどけい） can be used to specify a watch, but 時計 is more common. Note that 音便（おんびん）, pronunciation change to make it easier to say, has happened in 腕時計. This always happens in 時計 compounds. 日時計（ひどけい） sundial and 砂時計（すなどけい） hour-glass/egg timer (these measure time using sand).
砂糖 also undergoes 音便（おんびん） in compounds.

こと（事） is what is called a "nominalizer." It changes verbs into nouns.

The word 角 refers to the corner of an object, not of a room. The corner of a room is a すみ.
Remember to keep the 書き順 と (and) 方向!
