The Tenth Regiment, Illinois Volunteer Infantry sponsors a black powder Shooting Team within the structure of the Civil War Skirmish Association (ONT Region). Our Shooting Team usually participates in five or six black powder shoots per year. Most of the events are held in Wisconsin locations and include pistol, carbine, and rifle competitions. Promoting safety, marksmanship, and team effort, the Regimental Shooting Team encourages participation of both experienced and beginner shooters.
