Mr. Potts has been registered to practice before the United States Patent Trademark Office since 1973 and is also admitted to the California State bar, and several Federal District Courts as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Potts is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the Licensing Executive Society and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the California State Bar.
