A short pencil is better than a long memory!
This site contains some of the tips, techniques and solutions to problems I have encountered while working as a programmer/analyst. Our company writes software for county governments. Each programmer/analyst spends two weeks on the help desk and the remainder of time in research and development. We support our applications as well as the operating systems and hardware on which they run. I have found that a short pencil is better than a long memory, so I have kept a notebook. This site will contain a hypertext version of a portion of my notebook.
