![]() THE ART BRIEF The Art Brief -- providing the latest news about the artworld. It has never been so easy to keep informed about news of the art world. We gather the latest news about exhibitions, museums, art fairs, auctions, and other key art information, then condense it into an easy to read format, and deliver it to you weekly by e-mail. Our "art briefs" also cite the original sources of the news if you want to follow up with more in-depth information. Our sources include the daily newspapers and specialized art magazines, press releases, and museum and media web sites. And we don't just cover the traditional fine arts. We include the decorative arts, archaeology, architecture, design, photography, historic preservation and conservation. delivered to you weekly by e-mail. The Humanities Exchange, a non-profit museum service organization, has been publishing The Art Brief for over a year. You can access all of the back issues here on our web site, but since we don't post the current issue until 10 days after it is sent to our subscribers, you can receive the news immediately via e-mail through a subscription. To receive the latest news and information about museums, exhibitions and art events in Europe and North America, just send us an e-mail to: the-iaa@ix.netcom.com or use the order form here, and the current issue will appear in your box every week. The annual subscription fee is $60 -- or about $1 per weekly issue -- and as a bonus to paid subscribers, you will receive a diskette that includes 60 back issues of The Art Brief, in a format that allows you to search by keyword for any topics that appeared in past articles (available in a Windows version only).
